Refund and Returns Policy

At Arafay Store, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below:


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@arafay.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including the return address and shipping instructions.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you via email of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item or size.

If you need to exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@arafay.com.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@arafay.com
